Romania is our principal European development and coordination base.
Our Romanian business has experience in international workforce coordination, particularly in food delivery and related service sectors.
Our experience includes coordinating the mobilisation of approximately 500 Sri Lankan delivery riders for the Romanian market over the past three years.
Romania also represents an important strategic location for developing partnerships with European employers and exploring workforce opportunities across different industries.
Our Romanian business is preparing for the necessary regulatory and operational developments required to expand its activities into the international recruitment and employment placement sector.
All regulated recruitment and placement activities will be undertaken subject to the applicable Romanian authorisations and legal requirements.
MEN AT WORK d.o.o. – Split, Croatia
Our Croatian business presence supports the development of international hospitality and tourism workforce opportunities.
Croatia is an important market because of its hotels, resorts, restaurants and seasonal tourism industry.
Our experience includes coordinating approximately 100 Sri Lankan hospitality workers for Croatian resort operations during the 2025–2026 period.
